HSI2027 Submission Process

HSI2027 uses the IEA2027 submissions portal to coordinate the program across both conferences. Review the IEA2027 information and templates before preparing your submission.

Process

1. Review the Call for Submissions

Review the IEA2027 information and templates.

2. Pick a format

Choose one of the following formats:

  • A: 2-3 page extended abstract
    • Industry Case Study
    • Research Paper
    • Student/Early Career Research
  • B: Workshop
  • C: Panel

3. Prepare your submission according to the template

Use the template for the format selected in step 2.

For your submission to be considered for HSI2027, tick at least one of these domains:

  • Complex System
  • Human Factors Integration
  • Human Systems Integration

4. Submit via the IEA2027 site

Submit your completed work through the IEA2027 website.

Submission Flow

The workflow is:

  1. Review the call for submissions.
  2. Pick a format: extended abstract, workshop, or panel.
  3. Prepare the submission according to the relevant template and select at least one HSI2027 domain.
  4. Submit via the IEA2027 site.
